Specifications:
  • Working Temperature: depending on medium
    -4°F up to +210°F (NBR)
    -40°F up to +250/300°F (EPDM)
    +5°F up to +400°F (FKM)
    +32°F up to +600°F (FFKM)
    At a temperature below -4°F and above +300°F special seals are available.
  • Working Pressure: 500 psi, maximum static working pressure with 4:1 design factor.

  • BSP male & female threads are available upon request.
The 90 Series is a variation of the 20 Series. The valve has been shortened so that the plug seals prior to opening the coupler's valve. In spite of the short valve, the well-proven, single hand operation is retained,as the ball-lock is replaced by a pin-lock. This extends the external diameter of the sleeve from 16mm to 20mm.
